- Very high kids in-app spending. Roblox has among the highest rates of accidental child spending. Enable PIN locks and spending limits in the Roblox settings.
- Robux purchases. Robux (in-game currency) purchases are non-refundable after use. Contact Roblox support for unrecognized purchases.
- Premium subscription. Monthly premium subscriptions auto-renew. Check your subscription status from the account settings page.
