How to cancel ParkMobile

Use the merchant's official cancellation page. This is the fastest path and creates a record.

If they billed you after you canceled, dispute the charge with your bank. We'll generate the letter.

Common ParkMobile billing issues

Reservation charges. ParkMobile charges for reservations even if you don't use the spot. Cancel a reservation before the session starts to avoid the charge.
Session overage. ParkMobile charges per-minute overage when a parking session expires and is not extended. Enable auto-extend in the app to avoid overages.
Transaction fees. ParkMobile adds a convenience fee to each transaction. The fee is disclosed before payment confirmation.
