- Fortnite V-Bucks. V-Bucks purchases in Fortnite may be refundable within 30 days if unused. Use Epic's self-service refund tool.
- Kids in-app spending. Child accounts can spend on in-app purchases unless parental spending limits are set. Configure family safety settings.
- Gifted skins. Gifted items in Epic Games are non-refundable. Unauthorized gifts should be disputed with your bank.
