Common Amazon billing issues

Prime auto-renew. Amazon Prime renews automatically at the annual or monthly rate. Cancel at least one day before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Third-party seller disputes. Charges from third-party sellers on Amazon may require a separate dispute through Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee.
Kindle Unlimited trials. Kindle Unlimited free trials convert to a paid monthly plan. Cancel from Your Memberships & Subscriptions in your Amazon account.
